The tenor saxophonist, flutist and soprano, Victor Cuica, began his studies
at the Military Music School of La Victoria in 1963. His performances in the
Venezuelan navy band had its first close to Jazz and decided to study flute,
harmony and composition at the Escuela Superior de Musica Jose Angel Lamas "in
