
Personality complex, multi-instrumentalist Jimmy Giuffre, began
studying clarinet at age nine soon dominate the instrument completely. This
evolved into tenor sax in 1942 and graduated in music from Texas State
University. He continued his musical studies in Los Angeles for eight years with

The Argentine master of the double bass, Horacio Fumero started his musical studies at the Conservatorio Manuel De Falla de Buenos Aires and at the Conservatoire Superieur de Musique in Geneva, Switzerland. In 1973 he traveled to Europe with Gato Barbieri to participate in the Montreux Jazz Festival and made several tours of major jazz festivals in Europe (Warsaw, Rome, Paris, Stockholm, Madrid, Zagreb, Copenhagen). During this period, reside in Geneva, where he continued his studies and works with the Orchestra to ‘Cordes de Lausanne and various jazz groups in Switzerland.
