Singer Mariah Carey starred in a bizarre episode at the time of receiving the award for best new actress in the International Film Festival Palm Springs. Days after offering an incoherent speech, peppered with several bad words full of hesitations and incomplete sentences, the artist confessed that all was due to alcohol abuse.
