Mexican drummer, Tino Contreras, is in his country and the world of Latin
jazz a true legend. Creator and composer, five decades in Mexico is renowned
worldwide. He has recorded over 40 albums in Argentina, Spain, France, Germany,
and of course, Mexico. In the forties as his first band "The cadets of the
swing" in his hometown of Juarez Chihuahua. He made his debut with the orchestra
of Luis Alcaraz in the early fifties on his first tour of South America and the
